Keeping the body from dehydration

Water is an essential component for the health of the body. So we can not live without water. So that makes the importance of the body in order to avoid dehydration. Here are tips to keep the body from dehydration.


Prepare a glass of water from the bed 
At the time of going to bed and waking up would be better to drink a glass of water. Because during sleep our bodies undergo a process of reduction in the amount of water in the body.

Eating foods that contain water 
If you drink water to feel bored, then you have to replace the emphasis on eating vegetables and fruits that contain lots of water such as watermelon, melon, citrus and other fruit - other.

Understanding the body when it is hungry 
If you feel the urge to eat more, when you have a lot of eating, it is marked with your body is thirsty. If you're on a diet, you should eat before you drink a glass of water first.
